Join Triston for a Reiki Circle.
Come join us for the first reiki circle at One Soul Yoga. Healing can be done on an individual level but it can also be done as a collective community. Come decompress and let the collective energy heal you! This reiki circle is great for mental health, blood pressure, and relaxation. Hope to see you around the circle.
