Jennifer earned her 200-hour YTT certification from One Soul Yoga in 2023 and is excited to lead students on the mat. She has been practicing yoga off and on throughout her adult life and knows that when she practices yoga regularly, life just works better. Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity to provide students a nonjudgmental, encouraging, and fun environment for their practice.

Experience the soothing and nurturing practice of Gentle Flow, a weekly class designed to help you move mindfully and connect with your breath. This gentle yoga class guides you through seated stretches, intentional breath-to-movement flows, and finishes with a relaxing Savasana to leave you feeling calm and centered.

Gentle yoga is a slower-paced practice that prioritizes ease of movement and mindfulness, making it accessible for all levels. It offers a variety of benefits, including improved flexibility, increased mobility, reduced stress, enhanced relaxation, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
