Bailee is a Certified 200 HR Yoga Instructor, who completed her training with Practice Everywhere. She initially started her fitness journey three years ago after her third child was born. She fell in love with her routine, the results and how it made her feel! Her true passion is Power Yoga. Bailee believes building strength on your mat will prepare you for those hard moments off the mat. She has a desire to share that showing up for yourself is half the battle! The other half is giving yourself grace.
Two-part workshop: June 10 & 24 from 10:30-11:30 am with Bailee, $20 for both sessions

In this two-part class we will be getting to know the vinyasa movement Chaturanga! This movement takes strength and knowledge. You will learn exactly how to approach it in future classes. Learn the correct way to flow through as well as options and variations. You will also learn how to opt out of it—often called Noturanga. We will flow, fire up our deep core muscles, sculpt our arms, and always have time for Savasana. This class is welcome to all levels. Modifications will be offered to you to make this practice your own. Held on two Saturdays: Part 1: 6/10 & Part 2: 6/24.
Advanced registration required by 6/8, minimum of 5 participants required for the workshop to make.
