Emma earned her 200-hour certification from One Soul Yoga in 2023.She started her yoga journey at One Soul in 2021 and fell in love with the atmosphere of the studio and the benefits of yoga. She would love to provide those same feelings for others through her classes - creating a safe, judgment-free space to work on our practice. Her other passions are coffee, plants, and books. Her loves are her husband and her dogs!

Solar Eclipse Flow & Viewing with Emma

Monday, April 8 from 12-1:45 pm, stay for eclipse viewing
The Great American Eclipse makes its way over Sulphur Springs on Monday, April 8. Join Emma for a special Solar Eclipse Flow to set new intentions for this potent energy. Depending on your own energy and intention, the eclipse could mark a time of unexpected change or bring about a calm and clear mindset. Emma will lead this special class featuring flow, balance, sun salutations and savasana to help you balance this strong energy with renewed hope and grace. Let’s flow together under this super charged energy and embrace your own fiery determination. We will take this practice outside on our yoga platform, weather permitting. After class, stay to view the total eclipse in One Soul’s beautiful backyard! Eclipse viewing glasses are included with registration. Bring your own blanket or lawn chair. Advance registration is required for this event. No refunds or credits. $20 or included with One Soul pass/punch card.
