Description
Celebrate unity and peace with One Soul Yoga on World Labyrinth Day on Saturday, May 4 at 1 pm. We will join together for a meditative walk through One Soul’s new labyrinth. Across the globe thousands of other people will join in a unified rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next.

What is a labyrinth? A labyrinth is a form of mindful and spiritual walking meditation. Unlike a confusing maze, a labyrinth has a defined path with a beginning, middle and end. Participants mindfully walk in, follow the path to the center, and then follow the path back out.

Labyrinths have rich historical significance and are found in many cultures and faiths. They are used for spiritual centering, meditation, contemplation and prayer. As you walk the path, you allow your mind to quiet and perhaps focus on silence, an intention or prayer.

DeAnna will guide participants through a brief meditation and introduction to the labyrinth and then everyone is welcome to silently walk and contemplate to the center and back out again. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event located in One Soul’s backyard.

This event is outside. If it rains, this event will be cancelled.
