DeAnna (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a co-owner and instructor at One Soul who initially began her yoga training to deepen her own personal practice and soon found a love of leading others through their yoga journey. Her belief is that everyone can benefit from yoga both mentally and physically. DeAnna likes teaching a slower paced class that emphasizes mind/body awareness, breathing and deep stretching. She loves to learn and is constantly broadening her yogic knowledge to share with others. She has a special interest in the chakra system, sound healing and meditation. She holds practitioner certification in Sound Healing as well as 200-hour Kundalini, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga.

Summer Solstice Self-Care Mini Retreat
Date: Saturday, June 15
Time: 1:00-8:00 pm
Summer Solstice is a perfect time to slow down and infuse your skin care routine with the transformative power of the season. Join us to learn how to make cold processed all-natural soap and a soothing salt scrub from start to finish. We will use all-natural ingredients including essential oils and dried herbs and flowers--no synthetic fragrances. You will create your own 2-1/2 pound soap batch that will be ready to take home in about a week (due to curing). Body scrub will be ready to take home that evening. These will help soothe and deeply nourish your skin during the hot summer weather. Our one-day mini retreat also includes a charcuterie grazing box, complimentary wine (for 21+) and an evening solstice meditation and fire. This event is open to ladies ages 18+ and is $175/person. All supplies are included. Space is limited to 10 participants. Please note, due to the space limitations and the supplies needed for this event there are no discounts or refunds.
