Description

We are so excited to announce One Soul Yoga’s 2025 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in-person dates. One Soul is an official Registered Yoga School and our program is Yoga Alliance certified under the new elevated standards. While challenging, this certification training is rewarding—inspiring you to not only learn more about yoga, but learn more about yourself in the process.

We believe that yoga is for everybody and every BODY. We focus mostly on Hatha-based yoga that uses trauma-sensitive language and follows the eight limbs of yoga. Our practices balances alignment, controlled breath and movement and can be modified based on a student’s skill level or needs. We believe in body-positive yoga and that any person no matter shape, size, gender or age can benefit from a yoga practice. We also encourage YTT students to dive deeper into the world of yoga and learn more about other teaching styles and philosophies for a well-rounded yoga education.

This course will help you deepen your knowledge of the ancient teachings while combining the needs of modern-day classes and students. We encourage our YTT students to immerse themselves into the training in order to develop confidence and bring their own voice and style to the mat.

You don’t have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to take YTT! Whether you have plans to teach yoga or are simply taking this course to deepen your own knowledge to improve your own practice, you are right where you are supposed to be!

This is an optional YTT Information meeting--you do not have to attend in order to register for YTT. This meeting will give you all the information you need if you are thinking of taking yoga teacher training. It will also give you a chance to ask any questions and learn more about One Soul Yoga. Our 2025 training will begin January 25 and will take place one weekend a month through the end of September.
