Join us at One Soul Yoga for a special Sunrise Easter Sunday Flow led by April on Sunday, April 20 at 6:30 am, a soul-nourishing yoga practice held at sunrise on Easter morning. This gentle yet uplifting class will honor the themes of renewal, hope, and new beginnings, allowing us to move with intention as we welcome the light of a new day.
This special class will be held outdoors on our yoga platform, weather permitting. This class welcomes a gentle and awakening yoga flow to connect with the rising sun, meditation to embrace renewal and gratitude and reflection and intention-setting inspired by the spirit of Easter.
As we move together in the early morning light, we’ll celebrate the energy of rebirth, transformation, and infinite possibility. Whether Easter holds spiritual meaning for you or simply represents the beauty of new beginnings, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected.
Cost to attend is $15 or included with the One Soul passes.
