Description

Join Daphne (a One Soul 200-hour graduate and current 300-hour student) for a summer pop-up, Grace & Grounding.

Recognize and release on the mat through a guided practice of centered stillness acknowledging and accepting that our emotions are valid responses to incredibly challenging situations, recognizing that we make mistakes and have imperfections and learn techniques to hold space for and extend grace to ourselves, allowing ourselves to step away from the noises of our daily lives and intentionally reflect introspectively with body, breath and voice.

This gentle practice includes guided body scan and visualization, gently turning inward to listen to the messages held within the body as well as techniques to help reset the nervous system including self-holding, EFT tapping, chanting and breathwork. Class closes with journal reflection, considering what surfaced in the practice, how grace showed up, and how we can return to this grounded state throughout the week.

This class is for anyone seeking emotional regulation, spiritual connection, nervous system support, or simply a quiet space to rest and reset. No prior or present yoga experience is necessary—just come with an open heart and mind.

Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
