We'll incorporate gentle self-holding techniques, offering yourself comforting touch, and explore soothing rhythmic tapping on energy points to release stagnant stress. By turning your focus inward, you'll flow with your breath and embrace a deep sense of self-love and care. This is a chance to reset, recharge, and return to your afternoon feeling centered and refreshed.
