Jennifer earned her 200-hour YTT certification from One Soul Yoga in 2023 and is excited to lead students on the mat. She has been practicing yoga off and on throughout her adult life and knows that when she practices yoga regularly, life just works better. Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity to provide students a nonjudgmental, encouraging, and fun environment for their practice.
Description
Take a sacred pause in your day to give yourself a midday hug. In this gentle 40-minute class, we'll quiet the mind and calm the nervous system with restorative postures and mindful breathing. We'll incorporate gentle self-holding techniques, offering yourself comforting touch, and explore soothing rhythmic tapping on energy points to release stagnant stress. By turning your focus inward, you'll flow with your breath and embrace a deep sense of self-love and care. This is a chance to reset, recharge, and return to your afternoon feeling centered and refreshed.
