Description
Join Michele at One Soul Yoga on Thursday, June 18 for a peaceful evening of stillness, presence, and quiet reflection through the practice of silent meditation.
In a world filled with constant stimulation, noise, and distraction, silent meditation offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. This simple yet powerful practice can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and clarity, support emotional balance, and create a greater sense of inner peace and self-awareness.
This class will include gentle guidance to help settle the body and mind before moving into periods of shared silence and meditation. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this space is open to all experience levels.
Come as you are and allow yourself the gift of stillness.
