DeAnna McDearmont is a co-owner of One Soul Yoga & Wellness Center in Sulphur Springs, TX and a dedicated Trauma Informed E-RYT 500, YACEP-certified yoga instructor, serving as the lead trainer for Yoga Teacher Training programs. She is a passionate yoga and sound facilitator dedicated to empowering others on their journey to wellness and self-discovery.
As a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Sound Healing, she uses the transformative power of sound and energy to support profound release and shifts in the subtle body. DeAnna brings a wealth of experience and a nurturing approach to every class, retreat, and sound healing session she facilitates at One Soul.
Holding additional certifications in Kundalini, Meditation, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed practices, DeAnna blends compassion and expertise in her teaching and offers safe, accessible and nurturing practices for all levels. She empowers students to explore their unique needs by encouraging body awareness and connection with body and mind.
Her teaching philosophy integrates ancient wisdom with modern techniques, inspiring students to deepen their understanding of yoga, sound, and energy work. With a heart-centered approach, DeAnna’s mission is to hold space for personal growth, healing, and connection through yoga, meditation, and sound.
She offers group yoga classes, sound baths and private Biofield Tuning/tuning fork and sound sessions at One Soul.

We are pleased to announce the registration details for our next women’s retreat, Sacred Soul, for ages 18+ held at One Soul Yoga September 12 & 13. This weekend is devoted to embracing the wisdom, intuition, and sacred essence of the divine feminine within through movement, meditation, sound, ritual, and sisterhood.
Sacred Soul: Honoring the Divine Feminine will be a heartfelt gathering devoted to reconnecting with the wisdom, intuition, and radiant power that lives within every woman. Through soulful practices and meaningful connection, we will create space to slow down, listen inward, and honor the sacred feminine energy that guides our lives.
Together we will explore practices such as gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, ritual, and reflective self-inquiry. This retreat will invite you to nourish your body, open your heart, and deepen your connection to yourself and to a circle of supportive women.
This will be a sacred space to celebrate your inner wisdom, embrace your authentic self, and remember the beauty of your sacred soul.
Retreat weekend includes all planned activities plus:
• Light breakfast both days, lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus wine on Saturday evening and mimosas on Sunday
• Retreat shirt and small care package
• Optional (and free) sleepover at the studio-BYOB (bring your own bedding), limited glamping campers available for rental

Cost of retreat is $225 if paid in full at the time of registration or $250 if opting for the payment plan.
For Payment plan: $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration and the remainder will be broken down into two payments.
Space is limited.

Payment Plan:
If you wish pay for your retreat in installments, we are happy to accommodate. We do ask for a non-refundable deposit of $50 upon registering to secure your spot. This does go towards your retreat balance. Remainder will be broken into two equal payments depending on the date you register. You will receive email invoice reminders. Full payment is due August 27, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel between any time on or before August 27, you will receive a refund or account credit minus $50. No refunds or credits if canceled within 14 days of the retreat. We know life happens so if there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact us. If, for any reason, One Soul needs to cancel the retreat you will have a choice of a full refund or credit to your account.
