Description

Join DeAnna on for Bhakti Flow: Mantra & Movement on Monday, August 17 from 7:00-8:15 pm. Open your heart and nourish your spirit through the ancient practice of bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion and path of the heart.

In this unique class led by DeAnna, we will explore the power of mantra as meditation, learning the meaning and pronunciation of a sacred chant and how it can cultivate presence, compassion, and inner peace.

The class will weave breath awareness, gentle chanting, and an accessible yoga flow into a soulful practice that invites you to focus more on the internal emotional experience over the external shape of the poses.

This “devotion in motion” allows the mind to quiet, the heart soften, and the body to find a natural rhythm in the present moment.

No experience is necessary. Whether you choose to sing boldly or simply listen and absorb the vibrations, this class offers a welcoming space to explore the healing power of sound, breath, and mindful movement.

Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and connected.
