DeAnna McDearmont is a co-owner of One Soul Yoga & Wellness Center in Sulphur Springs, TX and a dedicated Trauma Informed E-RYT 500, YACEP-certified yoga instructor, serving as the lead trainer for Yoga Teacher Training programs. She is a passionate yoga and sound facilitator dedicated to empowering others on their journey to wellness and self-discovery.
As a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Sound Healing, she uses the transformative power of sound and energy to support profound release and shifts in the subtle body. DeAnna brings a wealth of experience and a nurturing approach to every class, retreat, and sound healing session she facilitates at One Soul.
Holding additional certifications in Kundalini, Meditation, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed practices, DeAnna blends compassion and expertise in her teaching and offers safe, accessible and nurturing practices for all levels. She empowers students to explore their unique needs by encouraging body awareness and connection with body and mind.
Her teaching philosophy integrates ancient wisdom with modern techniques, inspiring students to deepen their understanding of yoga, sound, and energy work. With a heart-centered approach, DeAnna’s mission is to hold space for personal growth, healing, and connection through yoga, meditation, and sound.
She offers group yoga classes, sound baths and private Biofield Tuning/tuning fork and sound sessions at One Soul.
Description
This gentle class incorporates a variety of yogic styles from class to class to prove movement and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. Class may explore gentle flow, stretching, breathwork, meditation and aspects of yin and/or restorative yoga for relaxation and healing. We will use low lights, music and essential oils for a renewing experience. This class is suitable for all skill levels.
