Mindful SPIRIT Flow take slow flow to the next level. Utilizing the same principles learned in slow flow and taking them up a notch. We will hold pose longer, 10 or more breaths to enliven your SPIRIT. By holding poses longer, we will test our limits and learn to work through life’s curveballs on the mat!
Intermediate to Advance Level
Beginner yogis can attend, you just need to be physical fit and have some type of regular exercise routine.
This is NOT suitable for someone just starting to workout!!
