Meet Libby (subbing for Clay):
Libby is currently in 200-hour yoga teacher training and will teach a few classes to help her get her Karma teaching hours to complete her training. Please support a new yoga teacher and join her on 7/1 at 6 pm, 7/8 at 8 pm, 7/23 at 8 pm and 7/26 at 8 pm.
Mindful Slow Flow focuses on breath and alignment to allow student to access and feel each pose. Using specific sequencing (Similar to Forrest Yoga) to warm up, have core work, sun salutations, vinyasa flow, cool-down, and ending with savasana. Each pose will be mindfully explained, focusing on alignment to allow each student to explore each pose and what works for them. Students can expect to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, posture, reduce stress, and learn to stay in the present moment.
Beginner level class with options for the more advanced students.
