Deni Sanxhaku is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and community facilitator based in Tirana. Her work brings together Eastern philosophy and Western approaches to the nervous system, shaped by her experience in teaching, community building, and women’s empowerment. Her approach combines Vinyasa Flow, somatic practices, breathwork, cacao rituals and meditation in a way that is slow, structured, and accessible. She designs and facilitates trauma-informed sessions tailored to women and community groups, with a focus on emotional processing, reconnection to the body and relational healing. Alongside her teaching, Deni has been engaged in community and social impact work, with a focus on inclusion, participation, and collective care. Through group sessions, workshops, and immersive experiences, she weaves together movement, stillness, and sound to support restoration, emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of presence.

Description

A welcoming, all-levels practice where every movement is guided by the breath. Gentle, steady, and grounding: breath leads, body follows.

We move and breathe together at an unhurried pace, holding space for one another through shared stillness and movement. This is practice as collective care: no rushing, no pressure, just a chance to slow down, tend to ourselves, and show up for each other.

As we practice during the Lion's Gate portal, a moment often marked as a time of alignment and intention-setting - we'll close with a few shared affirmations, simple words to anchor what we're each moving toward.

After our 1.5-hour practice, we'll gather for coffee, tea, and a nourishing moment of togetherness.

All levels welcome.
