We are a yoga teacher couple on the mission to create a more conscious and loving world with the help of a yogic lifestyle.

Description

🌊 SUP Yoga can provide an enormous sense of tranquility and harmony, surrounded by an exceptional environment; the sea and nature. It has a great relaxation effect on our mind and we can completely disconnect from our disturbing thoughts on the surface of the water. Treating yourself with a SUP Yoga session will help you to be more balanced and grounded in your everyday life. 🏄🏼‍♂️

🏝We will start our experience with 5 minutes paddling to get everyone comfortable and balanced on the boards. After we have reached our SUP yoga spot, we will practice mainly seated and lying down postures. Once everyone feels safe, we might try to balance ourselves in standing asanas too.

🧘🏻‍♀️ We close down the class with a short floating meditation, while you will listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature.

✅ You must be able to swim. Previous yoga experience is not required.

➡️ Please wear your swimwear already when you arrive to our meeting point and bring with yourself a towel, sunglasses and suncream.
