We are a yoga teacher couple on the mission to create a more conscious and loving world with the help of a yogic lifestyle.
Description
As a result of this online course, you will gain a vast knowledge about different breathing techniques which can help you to regulate your nervous system and manage stress. You will be guided to learn about energizing, balancing and relaxing practices and later all the techniques can be applied in your everyday life.
The course will be very practical and you will take away a useful toolbox including a variety of Pranayamas (breathing techniques). We will focus not only on the traditional teachings but also on the scientific background and combining these approaches will lead you to a deeper level of understanding about your own breath.
This online course is for you if:
- You want to find inner peace during uncertain times
- You want to improve the quality of your sleep and your mental focus
- You want to understand more deeply how does the breath link the body and mind together through the nervous system
- Maybe you feel low energy, stressed and anxiety but you don't have the right tools to change that
- You would like to boost your digestion and detoxify your body
Recordings will be available for all classes (Lifetime access) in case if you can not attend the live calls.
