It's time to celebrate the appearance of the full moon on the beach again!
It will be a restorative, smooth and calming 90 minutes yoga practice, finished with a short Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
Candles, sand, music, soft lights, positive vibes, self-care practice and the sounds of the sea is waiting for you!
Please bring your own mat or a towel with you! Also, arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to make sure you find us in the dark on the beach.
