It's time to release any tension or stagnant energy and reset your nervous system with skillful practices!
We would love to welcome you on our "Release and Reset" retreat to spend a magical day together in nature on the countryside of Mallorca in a traditional finca close to Biniamar.
After the intense summer months we invite you to dedicate this day for your well-being in order to release anything what is not serving you anymore and to fine tune your nervous system. Our focus will remain on slowing down, connecting with ourselves and others in a joyful environment where you will be seen and heard and also it will support you to build a better resilience.
During this retreat:
- you will dive deeper into the wisdom of ancient yogic practices which are helping you to regulate your nervous system
- you will be encouraged to connect with your true self, express yourself freely in a safe and supportive environment
- you will be able to release stress and tension from your body and mind
- you will become more present through mindful practices in nature, you will awaken your senses and restore your energy

Your retreat day includes:
