This class is for you if:

• You want to experience more peace, joy, fulfilment, freedom, abundance, awareness and love in your life
• You might feel disconnected, lost or stuck in your life
• You have difficulties to be present
• You are interested in psychology, mindfulness, spirituality and in the yogic lifestyle

After the 80 minutes meditation and breathwork class we will sit down together and enjoy a delicious vegetarian brunch in the cafe. There will be toasts, savoury and sweet options, a coffee/tea and fresh juices - all included.

Come and join us to celebrate your weekend in a different way by slowing down, cultivating a deeper inner connection and to nurturing your mind!

About Our Yoga Mind

Lilla:

Since I was a teenager, I had a genuine curiosity about the psyche and the persona who lies within us. Later that led me to study more about the fascinating science of the mind and in 2012 I gained my Masters Degree as a Psychologist. My main interest was always about mental health, counselling and how to improve self-awareness in order to live a more balanced life.

In 2016 I started to practice Yoga and slowly it became clear for me that we can truly and deeply understand ourselves if we use a holistic approach where breath, body and mind involved. After completing my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and travelling to many places in the world, I integrated different meditation techniques in my life which tremendously helped me to be more mindful and conscious every day.
Today as a Tantric Meditation Teacher I would love to share with you some of the tools which I have learned from my masters and I invite you from the bottom of my heart to create a more loving and mindful world by cultivating a sustainable meditation practice for yourself.

Peter:

Yoga was an interesting path crossing my way 5 years ago and it made me learn how to calm myself down, understand my emotions better and live a more mindful life. I find pranayamas (breathing techniques) extremely important to understand the deeper mind-body connection. I also support my clients as a Certified Breath Coach and help them build a healthier lifestyle by simply guiding them through the transformational power of the breath. My passion is to share traditional pranayamas supported with a scientific background.
