Description
Join me for this 2 hours of conscious connected breath workshop from the comfort of your home.
It doesn’t matter if you have never done breathwork before or you have a regular practice. When we come together (even in an online space), the effect of the practices amplifies. You will experience a beautiful vibrant state where you can let go and create space for new things to blossom.
This will be a safe container where we will get into a deeper state gradually and clear out any mental clutter.
What will be included:
- Introduction of the technique using a holistic and scientific background
- Intention setting
- Preparation for the practice
- Conscious Connected Breathwork
- Self observation and contemplation
- Sharing your experience if you feel like
What you will learn:
- a technique which can help you to self-regulate and to reset your nervous system
- tools which can bring more clarity to your mind and connection to your intuition
- how to become your own body’s “alchemist” and change the biochemistry of your blood
- how to pay attention more to your breathing
This workshop is for you, if:
- you are often feel tired but wired
- you worry a lot & you deal with lots of negative thoughts
- you have a stressful job and find it hard to relax
- you find it difficult to fall asleep
- you want to invite new ideas into your life and get into a flow
- you want to feel more energised
Our Yoga Mind - Peter
I was extremely passionate about sports since I was a child, however it was rather a way for me to get rid of my excess energy at that time. After several injuries and stepping into age 30, I felt that I needed to have a change.
Yoga was an interesting path crossing my way and it made me learn how to calm myself down, understand my emotions better and live a more mindful life. Nowadays, when I teach, I love to use the physical power of the asanas and combine it with my knowledge from my fitness background.
I find pranayamas and the alignment of the body extremely important to understand the deeper mind-body connection. I also support my clients as a Certified Breath Coach and help them build a healthier lifestyle by simply guiding them through the transformational power of the breath. I apply a holistic approach by sharing traditional pranayamas and the scientific background which stands behind them.
