We invite you this time to our first Half Day Fitness Retreat to start your Sunday morning in a recharging way with a fitness and wellness experience!

It will take place at Iberostar Grand Portals Nous where we will enjoy the lovely services of the hotel and discover it's unique Physica spa (and design too) meanwhile we will spend there our morning together.

Our focus this time will be on getting fitter together, to challenge our endurance, to boost our metabolism and to give the right treatment for our body in a mindful way.

During this retreat:

- you will learn different breathing techniques and understand how you can stimulate your energy levels with the right type of breath

- you will enjoy a workout session with various equipments to improve your endurance, cardio, mobility and strength

- you will close down the training session with a deep stretching class to open up the fascia and to let go any tension from your muscles (using the rigth breathing will increase its efficiency)

- you will discover the relaxing world of saunas and sensation showers at the hotel's Physica Spa and you can also enjoy 15% discount from SPA treatments and massages

- after the morning program you can chose to have a delicious 3 course brunch (vegan or regular - drinks also included) at the hotel's Astir Restaurant (on the terrace overlooking to the beach)
