The appearance of the New Moon gives us the opportunity for self-reflection and intention setting. As the lunar cycle effects nature and our bodies, when we are completely aligned with different phases, this energy can lead us sometimes to the places where we exactly need to be. This is the time to plant seeds for new projects, start new habits and initiate new beginnings in our life.

We will start this New Moon Ritual with a short meditation and journaling, connecting with our purpose and Sankalpa (intention). Later on we move towards Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), a state of consciousness which will bring our bodies into homeostasis and will awaken the natural healing process through a deep full body relaxation.

Bring your own mat or a towel for the best hygiene.

We recommend you to arrive in warm and comfortable clothing. A blanket, a pillow and warm socks also suggested to create the maximum comfort for your body during the practices. Please bring a journal and a pen also.

Our Hatha Yoga classes are all about mindful breathing and movement, body awareness, correct alignment, self-care practices and relaxation. That discipline will teach you how to become the master of your breath, body and mind. All that in a beautiful settings where nature will remind us that abundance surrounds us: seeing the waves of the sea in front of you, feeling the seabreeze touching your skin, enjoying the shade of the trees and the first rays of the sun during your yoga practice is a truly magical experience.
