Improve any activity you do! Take care of your joints! This class is designed for deeper fascial release and athletic recovery. Start with 30 minutes of an intense warm flow then 30 minutes of traditional yin poses.
The only occasional prop in this class is a lacrosse ball used for deeper fascial release (add blocks if you need them).
An excellent class for anyone looking to remove some tension.
