A guided meditation designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your natural creative flow. This is a gentle, non-physical practice. There are no yoga postures, only stillness, awareness, and space.
We begin with meditation to settle the mind and body, followed by a simple, intuitive creative practice using art as a way to express and explore what arises. No experience with meditation or art is needed — just a willingness to be present.
This session is not about creating something perfect, but about allowing yourself to feel, observe, and move through a more open, creative state.
