Description
90min extended monthly practice that combines slower practices such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra. During the class we explore stillness and rest. We learn how to nourish our body with these softer practices where we hold poses for extended periods of time while using props such as blankets, bolsters or blocks. Combined with various breathing techniques we work deeply into regulating our nervous system. Allowing our body to feel fully supported and giving our mind a chance to slow down - we learn how to consciously look after ourselves and respond to the need of regular rest.
