For those with a solid base practice wanting to raise your level of challenge. Building on Foundations, these dynamic classes will develop your skill set through increased tempo and pose variation. Drawing on many yoga traditions, Flow classes include sequences that keep building your strength and endurance, whilst enhancing mobility, flexibility and balance.
