Classes will vary week to week. Title of class will be marked as just Yoga Nidra or marked as Sound Healing Rest™.

Sound Healing Rest™, our exclusive fusion, takes the practice of Yoga Nidra to another level. It combines the traditional elements of Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of sound. Throughout the session, you'll be surrounded by the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments. This combination not only deepens your meditative state but also harmonically tunes your body and mind, promoting a deeper sense of inner peace and balance.
