Preparing to Release is a gentle Sunday meditation that bridges Week 1 and Week 2 of the PEACEFUL Path January theme of Energy.

This practice invites you to pause and notice your energy with kindness, especially areas that may feel heavy, tight, or effortful. There is no need to fix or let anything go yet. This meditation is about awareness, listening, and allowing space to form naturally.

By noticing what feels draining without judgment or pressure, we create the conditions for release to happen in its own time.

This meditation is especially supportive if you are moving into a new week, feeling the weight of effort, or wanting to approach change gently.
