Clearing Energy Through the Senses is a gentle 10-minute meditation focused on clearing what drains us by reducing internal effort. Rather than working with breath or the body, this practice uses sensory awareness to gently draw attention outward. By allowing sound, touch, and temperature to be known without focus or control, the nervous system can settle and energy can clear naturally.
