This 10-minute mindfulness meditation supports the cultivation of equanimity by gently training present-moment awareness. Rather than chasing the next moment or revisiting the past, we practice noticing when the mind wanders and returning without judgment. Equanimity grows when we stop trying to improve or control the present and instead allow it to be enough.
