In this 20-minute Vipassana meditation, we explore the practice of mindfully observing fear with compassion. This practice builds courage, clarity, and resilience-essential qualities of the Spiritual Warrior. By turning toward fear, rather than away, we learn to soften our resistance and stay grounded in the present moment.
At end of session, I answer questions and comments from the live class participants.
