Watching the River of Now Vipassana Meditation

In this Vipassana meditation, we practice Presence by observing thoughts, sensations, and feelings as they arise and pass away. Like leaves floating on a river, everything flows. We also reflect on the Buddhist teaching of skillful vs. unskillful patterns of mind: skillful thoughts lead to peace and clarity, while unskillful ones lead to suffering.
