This Winter Solstice Sound Healing Rest™ offers a quiet, deeply restorative approach to meditation and sound.
Blending Yoga Nidra with soft, subtle sound, this session is designed to support the nervous system through stillness rather than stimulation. You’ll be guided into a fully supported resting posture as Deb leads a calming Yoga Nidra meditation, inviting the body to soften while awareness remains gently present.
Sound is offered slowly and intentionally from a seated position, using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainstick, and long stretches of silence. Silence is an essential part of this practice, allowing space for integration, rest, and inner listening.
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down and guides you into the space between waking and sleeping — a state where the body can deeply rest while the mind remains quietly aware. This is a place of restoration, especially supportive during seasonal transitions like the Winter Solstice.
