Mindful Awareness of Energy is a 10-minute mindfulness meditation focused on present-moment awareness. Through breath, body, and steady observation, this practice invites you to notice how energy naturally shows up when attention is calm and receptive. Rather than directing or changing experience, we practice simple mindfulness - allowing awareness itself to support balance and clarity.
