Grounding Into the Body is a gentle 10-minute mindfulness meditation focused on body awareness as a foundation for working with energy. Rather than directing or changing energy, this practice invites you to arrive in the body and notice sensation as it is. By grounding attention in physical experience, we support steadiness, presence, and balance in a natural way.
