Steadying the Mind is a 10-minute guided meditation that uses breath counting as a simple and supportive structure for attention. Rather than trying to change how we feel or generate energy, this practice focuses on continuity of awareness. By returning to the breath again and again, the mind settles and energy is naturally conserved.
This meditation is especially supportive during times of distraction, fatigue, or uncertainty, when steadiness is more helpful than stimulation.
