This 10-minute integration practice gently weaves together breath, heart awareness, and open mindfulness. Rather than focusing on just one anchor, we allow awareness to widen - including breath, body, thoughts, and emotions in a steady, compassionate field of presence. This is a soft closing to the month: not effortful, not analytical - simply resting in awareness as it already is.
