Grounded Presence in Connection: Mindfulness of Listening

This meditation explores mindfulness through the practice of listening. While much of meditation focuses on the breath or body, sound can also be a powerful anchor for awareness. In this practice, we learn to listen without immediately reacting or interpreting. By grounding ourselves in the breath while allowing sounds to come and go, we cultivate steadiness, clarity, and presence.
