Extending Steadiness to Others Loving Kindness Meditation

In today’s Loving-Kindness meditation we explore how steadiness within ourselves can naturally extend to others.
When the mind becomes calmer and more grounded, our relationships often begin to shift as well. Instead of reacting quickly, we can meet others with greater patience, gentleness, and understanding.
This practice invites us to begin with kindness toward ourselves and then gradually extend that same goodwill outward — first to someone supportive, then to others in our wider circle, and finally to all beings.
Through this simple practice, we begin to recognize the shared humanity that connects us all. Beneath our differences, every person carries the same wish to feel safe, steady, and cared for.
This meditation includes a short reflection followed by a guided Loving-Kindness practice.
