Week 3: Strength Without Hardening Resilience does not require rigidity. This week we explore how steadiness can include softness. When the nervous system feels challenged, the body often braces in an attempt to protect itself. Through grounding, breath, and gentle awareness, we practice remaining steady while allowing the body and mind to stay open.
