Hi, I'm Lisa thanks so much for stopping by, you are most welcome:) I am a passionate Yoga Alliance Certified teacher that loves all things body, mind and breath and I can't wait to flow with you.
Description
Strength, flexibility, and balance are key components in keeping our bodies and our minds in tip-top condition.
In this class, we will be building heat throughout the body, with a strong flow that sees us moving with intention and holding poses for slightly longer, challenging both the physical and energetic body. This style of flow allows us to really focus and feel into the capabilities of our wonderful bodies, whilst challenging the mind, and anchoring the breath with every posture.
We will then wind down our practice with some deep and nourishing stretches followed by a beautifully restorative and dreamy Savasana.

This class is all about having a bit of fun, maybe breaking a little sweat but ultimately feeling strong from the inside out. Shakes, wobbles, and Childs Pose are very much welcome!

This class may not be suitable for complete beginners.
During these times we kindly request you bring your own mat and props.
