This class is designed to ground you in the foundational principles of Pilates.
It’s an open-level session — welcoming to complete beginners, athletes, moms, and anyone in between.
We move slowly but intentionally, focusing on form, breath, and body awareness. The goal is to build strength from the inside out and create a solid base for a sustainable, lifelong movement practice.
The class ends with deep stretching and guided breathing — perfect for calming the nervous system and leaving you energized for the rest of your day.
Everyone is welcome — no matter where you're starting from.
