Today’s vinyasa yoga class focuses on grounding and stability, bringing you back to the present and helping you reconnect with yourself.

We’ll also explore the yogic philosophy of Aparigraha—non-attachment and non-possessiveness. This concept invites us to release our grip on material things, expectations or outcomes; and instead, rediscover the beauty of simplicity.

It’s a gentle reminder: We are enough. We have enough.

Here’s what you might want to bring to your practice:
🌱A yoga mat
🌱 Cushions or a bolster for extra grounding
🌱 Blocks for support (optional)
🌱 A cosy blanket or layers for a relaxing savasana at the end
🌱 A speaker for the playlist
🌱 If you enjoy essential oils, use grounding aromas like Frankincense (centering), Cedarwood (centering) or Lavender (soothing).
