Meet Katya, the energetic force behind PRAKTIKA! Katya’s love for functional movement, exercise and nutrition started back in her teenage years. Picture her trying out all sorts of yoga styles – from the zen Hatha to the energetic flow of Vinyasa, the strength-building challenges of Ashtanga, and the serene practices of Shivananda. Not to forget, she’s also a Pilates enthusiast! In 2019, she took her first step on the teacher’s path. Now, she proudly holds the titles of Certified Yoga Alliance teacher and Pilates Mat instructor (Corpus Studios™). Since 2023, Katya added another feather to her cap – she’s a Certified Health Coach and a proud member of the Ukrainian Association of Health Coaches.

Building and maintaining good posture requires a mix of muscle strength, joint mobility, and overall balance.

During this fun and challenging class where we work on fitball with props.
Powerful mix of physio, Pilates and yoga targeting your core, back and glutes.

Regular practice will help you to find a balanced posture, create strong muscles and get rid of "office back pain”.

*Class Requirements:
A minimum of 3 participants is required for the class to take place.
If the class is cancelled due to insufficient participants, you will receive an email notification at least 2 hours in advance.
