Meet Katya, aka PRAKTIKA!
Katya’s passion for movement, anatomy, and nutrition sparked in her late teenage years. Picture her spending all her pocket money on fitness magazines and VHS tapes, using them to craft workouts for her classmates and teach her first “shaping” classes in the school gym. During her university years, she discovered Pilates and yoga—practices that soon became her daily routine and solid anchor during challenging times.
In 2019, Katya embarked on her teaching journey. Gradually earning certifications as a Yoga Alliance teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Health Coach, she turned her ever-growing passion into a profession. With a holistic view of health, Katya enjoys bringing a playful element to her coaching and movement classes. She challenges her clients with engaging workouts, helps them find balance in their nutrition, and encourages mindful movement that strengthens the body and soothes the mind.
“Never stop learning, stay curious, and have fun”—these values are at the heart of Katya’s life philosophy, and they shape everything she shares through her work.

In this class based on Classical Pilates and Yoga, precision, flow, connection, and breath come together to create a balanced whole body routine.
We will work on mobility, strength, and flexibility, while also including fascia exercises and breathwork for a holistic approach to movement.
To keep your practice fresh and exciting, we’ll regularly incorporate props like Swiss balls, elastic bands, blocks, and weights, - bringing both variety and challenge to every session.
Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling energized and balanced. And with regular practice, you’ll gain greater freedom of movement, naturally leading to more comfort in your daily life.
Don’t forget to bring your mat!
