A beautifully balanced practice combining Power Vinyasa + Deep Stretch!
We will start with an active practice to warm up the muscles and to subside our ever persistent mental chatter; we will end with a few active-passive asanas (poses) to flush the energy through, creating a deeper musculoskeletal release to leave you feeling more balanced and clear. Several options will be offered along the way to accommodate the various levels of practitioners.
Some yoga experience will help each student as they enter this practice, but experience in the style of Universal Yoga is not required to be successfully guided.
